    The central heating in the room was a plus for the chilly nights. I appreciated having a private safe and a flat-screen television in the room. - the food offered a great variety of options that were enjoyable. - the staff was friendly and welcoming. - the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from a lovely public park.

    It offered us particularly good and marvellous location near to city center and batumi boulvard and main attractions and batumi near beach. There were central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television in the room, loved that.

    This place has a modern vibe and the rooms are pretty spacious. the staff is friendly and the location is awesome - just a stone's throw away from the beach 🏖️. the rooms are big and come with nifty amenities like an electric kettle, fridge, and glassware.

    I was impressed with the quality of the food and the professionalism of the service at the restaurant. The staff, including the hostess Diana and the waitresses Kristina, Mariam, and Aisha, were really good. The hotel itself was great - clean, spacious rooms with a big bathroom and mini bar. The staff, from room service to housekeeping, was friendly. The location was excellent, close to the city center and the Batumi boulevard. The casino, spa, and swimming pool were also excellent. a 10/10 experience.

    Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to local attractions. the excellent room and beautiful design are not to be missed. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options. the staff are friendly and willing to help, while the gym and pool are fantastic facilities to use at your leisure.

    One minor inconvenience was the lack of functioning mirrors in the bathroom, which was not suitable for vanity needs.

    Christmas vacation at this hotel was enjoyable. the free champagne and cookies were a nice touch. the hotel is centrally located near the beach and the shopping district. the view from the room was breathtaking.

    The hotel staff were not very attentive, and the service was mediocre at best. the furniture in the room was outdated and in need of refurbishment.
